In case you were wondering

If you ever leave out the eggs of a cookie recipe and are wondering why the mix is so dry, you can still put the eggs in, even after the chocolate chips, nuts, oats, coconut is already in there. Better late than never. And when you are putting away the flour and notice it was self rising instead of all purpose, that doesn't matter either. Today was a science experiment. I swear I did it on purpose.
