My Theory

I thinking I'm going to start lying about Paisley's age.

See the younger she is, the better I look. Think she'll pass for two hours? I think I could've maybe given birth to an 11 pounder on my fourth? Right?

I'm actually thinking this is a really smart idea. Cause operation 'let's get skinny' ain't going so well when I gorged on breadsticks and alfredo dipping sauce at Olive Garden (happy early birthday girls!) and just discovered Nutella on graham crackers. No amount of running is going to burn this off.

So that is why Paisley is now two days old.

I have a gun and will shoot anyone who leaves a comment that isn't just telling me what I genius idea this is. Seriously, okay, so its a nerf gun but it will still get you. I'm totally not joking.

I don't think you're crazy. Lately, people have been asking me if Oliver and Abby are twins. I don't really think they look like it but maybe there would be an upside if I said yes. Don't the mothers of twins get admiring "how do you do all that you do" glances? I'm going for sympathy sometimes.

TERRIFIC IDEA! Think of one for me - warm carmel apple dip has been calling my name.

brooke, sometimes it sucks, but for periods of life, sometimes you just have to be out of shape and then block it from your memory and hope that you get in shape soon. i mean obviously healthy is better, but sometimes you gotta take life as it comes.

Mmmmm. Nutella. I've never had it on graham crackers, guess I'll be going to the store today. =]

that is a brilliant idea...i might have to do the same thing! i'm starting "operation get skinny" next week with a cleanse. none of my jeans fit me! :(

maybe we can do a group cleanse to get motivated? i'll send you the link to the one i'm gonna do. beth mentioned it on her blog in the past. :)

You girls are all so hard on yourselves. How old is your baby?? 2 months? Not even three months. And Arlene, your jeans aren't suppose to fit yet. Is your baby even a month old. I hope you're not comparing yourself to someone like Rachel - freak of nature (even though secretly we are all jealous of her). I say just relax it will happen. If you still feel bad around the 6 month mark, then you can be hard core. You all look gorgeous.

Hey just remember it took nine months to gain all that weight, so it ought to take about that long to get rid of it. at least that's what I kept telling myself after I had Molly!

I like Hannah's comment!! there is a definite upside to just having a newborn though, so I think that is a fantabulous idea!!
