Reality Hits...

Here is a picture of me eating and trying not to get KFC on Paisley's head.

Thats how I do everything, wearing the Baby Bjorn.

Its how I give kids baths and go to the bathroom.

Too bad my back only likes it for a few hours.

I need to still figure out the wrap-y thingy I got at a garage sale.

So my mom flew to Utah this morning...

I'm finally on my own today.

Its called a big old smack of reality.

And guess what?

First day of reality is a wee bit hard...

LA LA Land is much better.

Here's what I'm thinking...

It only took me three hours to realize my shirt was inside out...

But I have yet to fix it, better do that now before I pick up Darby from preschool.

How much TV is okay for a two year old to watch? Bet she has already exceeded it.

But we aren't going to try and fix that today...maybe in a week.

Here's us trying to take a picture of the clan and the most popular baby on the planet.

'Everyone' wants to hold and feed her.

Darby said in the car yesterday

"Paisley screams really good."

Yep Darby, she sure does, especially in the car.

Which is why I'm looking to find a closer pediatrician. Know anyone near me?

That and I need a dentist as well....

Baby's crying, gotta run.

I love the picture of you and not because you are trying not to get it on Paisley but because you are eating fried chicken and drinking a soda...that sounds so so so good right now. I need to eat at your house more often :D . Now that you are on your own maybe we (as in I) could come up and hold the baby and let the boys play with baylie...Let me know when works best for you.

ha ha ha. I love it!! Only Brooke can look gorgeous with KFC in her mouth while holding a soda can.

Welcome to the real world! Paisley is beautiful and you're going to do just fine.

I took my Dad's Baby Bjorn. Those things are lifesavers! They did the same thing---Mia in the Bjorn while cooking, washing dishes, ect.

Our diets are the same! Well...I haven't cooked in about 3 months! My baby is being made off of fast food!

Someday we'll miss these days - right?? I think that is why newborn phase is all a big blur. It has to be to make it through. Your family is beautiful. Wish we lived closer.

I kind of want short hair all because of you. :) Hang in there. You are a rock star. If anyone can handle all the babies it is YOU!

I love that picture of you Brooke. I'm impressed you can bathe your kids with Paisley in the Bjorn. Isn't it hard how all babies cry in the car? I swear it takes them a month or so to get used to it.

If ever there was a time for TV this is so IT! Don't feel guilty about that, a Mom does what she has to do when she has a newborn. Your darling by the way even while your eating KFC. Hang in there!!!

That is hilarious. My favorite is trying not to get KFC on Paisley's head. I love my baby bjorn too. Also, that picture of all the kids is so cute. When everyone is screaming or you want to scream, look at that picture and look at sweet they look when they are silent or asleep. :) Try to sane. Its the name of the game. :)
