Creative Juices

One of my little artists. She worked on this very intently...she definitely wanted pink in it.

Since my sisters and mom are far, this how Luke's little nook turned out. Have to get it big kid ready since he will be sharing rooms with his baby sister. He has been really wanting shelves to put his little nick naks on...like lego guys and such.

Jason thought it was HI-larious to put this Pinkalicious book there and then call Luke and show him how the shelves turned out. I think his response was "What the?"

Tonite I made these No Bake Oatmeal Bars for a church potluck and they turned out. Feed a crowd and all the ingredients I had on hand. I 1 1/2 times the recipe to fix a 9 x 13 pan. Gotta love allrecipes.com when you don't know what to make.

I kept staring at the pinkalicious book like what is it doing in Lukes room!! Too FUNNY! Very cute space. Did you paint more blue too? I thought it was just one wall blue. So cute and very big kid. He is the best big brother ever!

YUM! Thanks for the recipe.

I can SO see Luke's face when he saw Pinkalicious sitting on his shelf. Too funny!

i also looked at the book like are they preparing early for his little sister or what. but super cool room. i am jealous that looks cool, also, impressed with how ya'll did his room and put up shelves by yourselves, go jason, obviously didn't get that from our side of the fam.

That turned out really cool. I'm sure Luke is really excited to have his own space.

The "Luke Nook" is pretty sweet, gotta say. And as his uncle I too would be obligated to put something girly in there while he was gone just to get his reaction. I can't wait 'til I can pull stuff like that on Atticus.
