Totally Freaking Out

In 11 days this will be our tree.

Do you want to climb in it?

Or how about helping us put in sprinklers....maybe not in the heat though. How about scrape all the popcorn ceilings or put in a dishwasher? Yes there is much to do.

Oh but don't worry, by then we will hopefully have installed air conditioning...holy moly are we going to pull this off?

After nine years, this will be our seventh residence, but we hope to last much longer than our 2.5 year usual.

I cannot believe it. The optimist wins.

I will be able to paint it lime green if I wanted to. Or Pink.

We can hardly wait.

But by the time we get the essentials prepared Luke will be getting out of school.

Perfect timing for us. And I'm not too huge, just semi at the moment.

Next on list of McCoy wishes is finding an affordable preschool. Hmmm....

congratulations on the new house, and what a great tree for your kids. hopefully it shades your house enough before you get AC.

I am doing Joyschool with some neighbors next year. You should look into it. It's free.

Congratulations! Let me know how the scraping of the popcorn goes. I'm debating on doing that in my house. The air conditioning would be first on my list. You'll get more work done in a cool house than a hot one.

I'm a professional at popcorn ceilings we did our whole house and helped a couple of friends do their houses. I wish I lived closer I would totally help. It's a messy messy chore, but totally worth it. Good Luck with all the fix ups and Congratulations!!!

This is awesome. I will be there in a week to help in anyway I can. Even if it means, taking the girls for a little while you work.

Hooray hooray hooray! I'm the most excited because you will be SO close to me.

Oh and my brother told me he does know an A/C guy, but I didn't get his number. I'll email it to you once I get it from it.

And I can totally help watch the kids or whatever you need. Just let me know.
