Keeping on

Do you want to come swim in our pool?

The water is nice and cool.

Okay, how about an avocado from our tree. Nevermind they are two to three inches big. (Still working on when and how to pick them...and fertilizing for that matter). But they had been falling on my roof and scaring me in the night. And we have to get in before they drop cause last year the rats had free lunch...but we have stopped out that problem...thanks to lots of poisoning and traps set by Grandpa McCoy. Yuck!

This little one made the pool that nice pretty color.
Check out those poor scraped knees. Yep thats a slip-n-slide in the background, feel free to take a dive on that too after you swim in our pool.

This looks like a cute picture of Baylie and her sister, but no its our cute friend Payton who sadly is much nicer to Baylie than her sister is. And they loved to lay by the fountain.

We have to get our farm on too sometimes....

But hide the markers at our house...fortunately at least I think she is practicing putting on makeup. Nothing a wet wipe won't fix...

I totally forgot to include my handsome pruner. I wanted to get on the roof myself, but since I'm a bit hazardous, I figure not. I was a bit appalled later that evening when we went to Fuddruckers with our friends, I noticed Jason was still wearing that red shirt and basketball shorts that he had been sweating in doing yard work all morning! Sheesh hon! No shower yet even. We have to work on our dates ;)

But back to the Farm, Why do goats like to walk high and peek their heads out of tree houses?

Sometimes pictures don't need any captions.

Don't you think?

I love the pics! You have been very busy this week. I have another sad plane story for you. Go to ksl.com and look at the plane crash that killed 10 on friday. The 20 year old is one of my good friend's little sister. She got engaged the night before she died. Who dreams up sad scenarios like these. Tell Linds to stay on the ground or get rich and buy a huge plane not a little one. Read the story. It is quite alarming.

Cute, cute, cute! I'm glad a wet wipe got the marker off. I guess they've learned to make that stuff washable now a days. When I was a kid, that stuff would stain your skin. I'm glad you didn't get up on the roof. I wouldn't want to hear about you falling off and breaking something.

I'm jealous of your avocado tree. I've discovered that after 2 attempts at a garden that we just don't get along. but there's always next year...

Brooke, your backyard looks REALLY enticing! That's what our "pool" looks like too. Oh well! Jealous of the slip 'n' slide. I had one as a kid. We oughta get our family one of those!
