VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE
Queen Banana Bread Maker, my mom, said that the key is to use a tin pan, not glass. I might consider it, since i do always use glass, maybe after the emotional scars have healed...
I once tried to make a keylime pie because I love keylime pie, and when the Barefoot Contessa made it it was super simple and her husband loved it. Anyway, after purchasing all of the ingredients I realised that it would have just been 1000 times simpler and cheaper to just buy the frozen keylime pie. That is one reason I don't enjoy baking so much. So I say buy the banana bread and claim it as your own, no one will know.
