On a whim

We busted out the Dora potty today. and put on some hand me down panties. Fit snug, the girl's got a booty. She has showed no interest but I'm kinda tired of changing poopy diapers...and at least when she wants to put her diaper on by herself.

This is me trying to con my children into taking Sunday naps.

Old wrinkle face. Mental note, wear more makeup. Or at least reapply more throughout the day.

My girls at baseball practice with their new friend Priscilla. She teaches them dandy things. And I think she has a really cute name. Not as cute as Paisley though.

Pretend you are seeing a picture of tums. A big ole bottle. Huge. Because I had forgotten about those babies. Probably took 10 a day when pregnant with Luke...but then learned the excessive calcium contributes to anemia. But just call me heartburn queen because yesterday I was burning since 10 a.m. Cruel world. But can't complain because this baby has been pretty easy. Jason ran late and bought an enormous size bottle of Tums last night. Yum Yum.

I made this for dinner. On toasted bread with melted cheese under the broiler. It was yummy and dang easy, but don't recommend for my mom. Although my dad would like it.

But still dreaming about Paula Deen's Texas Sheet Cake I made on Sunday....didn't last through Monday it was that good. Paula Deen knows where it is at. Is there anything better than good food? Maybe a bath.

More moving details to come, but you'll have to email me for a specific location, because although I'll post pantie pictures of my kids, I leave off the exact city and street where I live... Can a house be furnished and decorated entirely by garage sale and craigslist finds? We shall see.

So now I am working on being a good "swing shift" mom. Thanks for that post! and only God could place that in my mind today =)

I was hoping for the recipe to Paula Dean's sheet cake. But maybe it's better that I DON'T have it. I'm sure it has AT LEAST one stick of butter. If not two...hopefully not three.

And I think you look great in that picture.

So sorry about the tums. Good luck with potty training. That is funny that Baylie is trying to put her own diapers on. Maybe she is ready for pull-ups. You look way skinny in that picture!

and i, too, believe in the power of garage/yard/rummage sales and craigslist. sometimes you just have to use a bit of imagination. and be brave...

Good luck with the potty training. We're still having no luck with Liam and he is now 3!

Who knew that a twin can fit 3 in the bed! That is a great picture. And I love the one at baseball practice. That looks pretty tricky. Sorry about your heartburn--ouch. I bet you can find some awesome cheap furniture on craigslist and garage sales. You just might have to drive a bit to get it. Some people just give stuff away. I am sure Bailey will catch on quick with potty training.

PS. Nathan thinks I should write Paula Dean a letter to tell her thank you for teaching me how to cook. ha ha.

more power to you on the yard sales that's my fav store my husband hates it, me too sometimes when i realize how much junk i buy then i get mad threaten to burn the house down if somebody doesn't help me clean, get rid of it all only to start all over again at another yard sale ,but it's my addiction..i need the name of your latest girl, congrats if yall don't quit having girls there won't be any left for me although hubs says we are not having anymore kids we'll see...
