Happy Monday

This month we are working on safety. Due to the five trips to the doctors and two to the urgent care in October....all for the same child! Which means strapping Baylie into her high chair. And no more moves like these.

Can you tell Nana is in town? Luke is loving his new duds he scored at Target. Nana spoiled him and let him buy all the things that mom usually says no to. He is loving his new jacket, shirt, hat and gloves! The other day he woke up and the first thing he told me was how much he loved his jacket. And he even took his gloves to his friend Julian's house so they could each wear them. THANK YOU!

We went to this park on the day that I was supposed to go to Huntington Library where I had gotten five free tickets (valued at $15 each) a month before and had marked my calendar. But on the day of, after packing all the lunches, I saw that our tickets were for 1:30 and we couldn't get there until 3:30 p.m. and it closed at 4:30 p.m. But it was too late to give the tickets to someone else and I am still kicking myself for it.

We love these big geese. They are a bit intimidating and I think would bite.

Walking in our little bit of nature tucked in Los Angeles.

I secretly would like to chase the birds with my kids, but that would looks a bit ridiculous. So at least they torment them for me. I am sure the birds love it.

Can you spot Luke? He first peed at the base of the tree, and then climbed to the top. Wait, is that too much information?

And finally, you have made it to the highlight.

Also a mental reminder that I need to read my camera's directions because this picture is a bit off. But you can feel the moment.

Here is my model husband who is showing off the bead necklace Darby made just for him. We saved it for him while he was a work.

That is an awesome pict of Baylie and pretty pictures of the park. I can't believe how high Luke got in the tree. Darby gets the award for the longest bead necklace.

Poor little Baylie has sure had a run of bad luck lately. I guess Luke has monkey genes that keep him from getting hurt climbing trees like that. Nice necklace Darby. Have fun visiting with your Mom.

I hope Jason wears that necklace to church on Sunday. I bet he's going to get LOTS of compliments!
