Tortilla Pizzas

Here is Darby modeling the tortilla pizzas. Fine McCoy dining at its best. Hold the pepperoni for Luke. I like whole wheat tortillas. The kids love them, they help make them and I love them too. My friend Hillary introduced me to this college cuisine...college food and kid food are very very similar. Jason isn't a huge fan and since we don't usually eat dinner with him, tortilla pizzas are a favorite. In case you are wondering how to make them for yourself. Grab a tortilla, apply prego and mozerella and pepperoni, bake for 10 minutes in oven at 400 degrees. My kinda recipe.

Close up of my tortilla pizzas, pre-oven version of course.

Yes thats Luke's halloween costume, we are on day #3 wearing it. he even slept in it. I washed it once. He was a knight. Of course, Darby is in her normal attire. Undies.

They look yummy! I love getting new easy recipes for kids. Julian is the same way with his Power Ranger costume.

Kate likes to jump off the coffee table onto the couch and Jason probably inspired Darby to call you Brooke. Kate tells me these days she's hot and strips off, such fun!! Tortilla pizza's? we make ours on whole wheat pitas but maybe we'll have to try the tortilla version.
